Officially Crawling

Olivia has been rocking back and forth for about a month. She officially started crawling Tuesday. She gets just about everywhere and is getting better and better with each day. It is cute to see her getting around and of course Kiley and Kade think she is amazing! For me, it's exciting but she is growing up way to fast!!! If I only knew how to slow down time. :0)

Drake Christmas Party

We have a Christmas party with my family every year. This year it was on New Years Day because that is the only day we could all get together. It is always fun to be with family and spend time together. I love each of my siblings and their families. I also have awesome parents and love them very much. One of the activities we did this year was sledding. It was so much fun to see everyone having fun sledding and playing in the snow. And in case you are ever short on sleds, cardboard on top of plastic works great!

This is me going down once with Kiley and Kade. It was pretty fun, although I have not been for so long I was afraid of breaking my back. I had each of the kids on a leg and my arms around them so I wasn't holding on at all. I felt very vulnerable especially when we spun and were going backwards!

Christmas 2009

Christmas was a lot of fun this year. The kids were so excited all month long. They were so much fun on Christmas morning. We stayed home Christmas day and played with new toys and spent the day being lazy and spending time together. It was fabulous. My parents surprised us with a visit and it was fun to have them come. The kids were excited to show Grandma and Grandpa their stuff.
Kiley got a new doll that she loves. Kade and Dad are playing with his new RC car and Olivia (as you can tell) is ecstatic about her new fish toy.

Starting a Blog

I started this blog for our families and for my friend Melissa. I wanted our loved ones to be able to see our little ones grow and be a part of our lives even though they are far away.
Well...here goes nothing!
